Tile adhesive is a specially formulated material used for fixing tiles on floors and walls. Unlike traditional cement, tile adhesive provides stronger bonding, better flexibility, and improved resistance to water and cracking.
The best tile adhesive depends on tile type and area of use. For ceramic tiles, standard tile adhesive works well, while vitrified and heavy tiles require high-strength or heavy-duty tile adhesive for long-lasting results.
Yes, tile adhesive is suitable for bathrooms and kitchens. Most modern tile adhesives are moisture-resistant and designed to perform well in wet areas when applied correctly.
Epoxy grout is a high-performance tile joint filler made from resin and hardener. It is commonly used in bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, hospitals, and commercial spaces due to its water resistance, stain resistance, and durability.
Yes, epoxy grout is more durable than cement grout. It is non-porous, water-resistant, stain-resistant, and easier to clean, making it ideal for high-traffic and wet areas.
Tile adhesive usually sets within 24 hours, but full curing may take 48–72 hours depending on temperature, humidity, and tile type. Light foot traffic should be avoided until complete curing.
